Nazdaneh (Little Darling)
By Nima Zahadat

If you hear a voice within you say "you cannot paint," then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.
Vincent Van Gogh
This is a dedication to beloved mother, daughter, and sister, Dr. Nazdaneh Zahadat, D.D.S. a most courageous girl.
Nazdaneh is my little sister and she met an unexpected death on March 5, 2008. She was only 36 and just over a month short of her 37th birthday. In her short life, she accomplished much, managing to put herself through dental school at Temple University and earning her D.D.S. with honors by the time she was only 31. My sister was my family dentist and an excellent one. She left behind a little darling of her own named Ian, just over a year old when she was found dead. There is much more to my little sister whose name means little darling. Read the About page to find out more.
Sincerely,
Nima Zahadat
